The concept was totally different from the previous Slick Willy. The last Slick Willy was able to slip out of things. This guy makes other things slippery. I merely chose to present with the common "Slick Willy" nickname of the former President. The concept and power of "Slick Johnny" is new to this game. Please allow.
Well, this is still pretty weak...I'll allow it, but it seems to me that this would have been a more appropriate battler to defeat "Stand and Deliver" Lou Diamond Phillips. NO MORE REPEATS!
If you read a little more closely, "Seedy C", aka CDC, has the power of polio eradication. Bringing the crowd to its feet is a serendiptous side benefit. If he JUST brought people to their feet by rocking out, then he would be just as weak an entry as Slick Johnny.
Bayou Battle is a game of My Team, Your Team played over the internet, inspired by thesuperest.com and tinkerx.com - check them out. Anyone can submit - just email us for an invite. For those new to the site: View the posts from the bottom up. Happy battling!
Bayou Code of Honor
Make sure to highlight your character's superpower.
Focus your superhero's power on the previous champion's power as much as possible.
Wordplay is strongly encouraged.
The early bird gets the worm. If you're prepping a hero and someone beats you to the punch, too bad, so sad. It happens. Feel free to link to your alternate hero in the comments, though!
If using a pre-existing character or hero, try to use it in a novel or creative way.
If your reference is unusually obscure, feel free to include an explanatory link.
To avoid repetition, look through earlier entries.

Also, it took me a really long time to make him.

Well, to be fair, Lou Diamond Phillips power was to Stand and Deliver, while Seedy C's power was to "bring you to your feet".
This is just as different as Slick Johnny is from Slick Willy. One's power affects himself, the other's power affects others.

Forgive?
Can I take a Mulligan?
I like it. :)
